The History of 3-H and 4-H

 

 

In 1901 Jessie Field pioneered the Boys' Corn Club and the Girls' Home Club which developed into 3H and 4H while teaching in Goldenrod School. 

 

 

 

 

 

Our display follows the work of Jessie Field Shambaugh

who was later County Superintendent

when Page County was recognized

as having "The Best Rural Schools in America."
