Family memorabilia

as well as reminders of

the Big Band Era

of the 1930's and 1940's

are on display at our Museum. 

The Birthplace Home and Big Band Museum

are located at the corner of

Clark and 16th Street

(between our Museum and the Town Square). 

The second weekend of June each year

national and international Big Bands

converge on Clarinda

and play the music Glenn Miller made famous.
